The company, founded in 1985, is affiliated to Chengdu Bayi Furniture Group. It invested millions in a new automatic mattress production line at Yang’an Industrial Part at Chengdu in 2020, with an estimated annual manufacturing capacity of 500,000 mattresses worth over one billion yuan. The line includes various spring-making machines, quilting and sewing machines and other advanced mattress equipment in China. At the same time, the company has set up a professional mattress testing center which can undertake technical examination of all kinds of mattress materials and finished products. The center thus provides data support and quality guarantee for the R&D and production of products.
